A licensed architect with more than 25 years of experience in Westport and Norwalk, I bring a refined, art-informed approach to residential design. After earning my architectural degree from Cornell University, I began my career in New York City designing Barneys stores at Rosenblum/Harb forming an early foundation in proportion, sequencing spaces, and  refined detailing that continues to shape my work today.

My design philosophy centers on clean lines, simple forms, and modern interpretations of traditional elements. I believe a home should feel both elevated and effortless—functional for everyday living yet refined enough to feel timeless.

As both an architect and a practicing painter and sculptor, I approach every project with an artist’s eye. Proportion, color, materiality, and light are considered with intention, resulting in spaces that feel harmonious, balanced, and uniquely tailored. This fusion of architecture and art allows me to create homes that are not only beautifully resolved but also deeply personal.

Every family lives differently, and I design accordingly. Whether it’s a mudroom scaled to support the chaos of after-school sports, a kitchen planned around how you truly cook (or don’t), each project is shaped around your lifestyle and long-term needs.

Why work with me? As a sole practitioner, I guide you through the entire design process myself. There are no layers, no handoffs—just a highly personalized, collaborative experience. I work closely with many of the area’s top builders and can help you select the team that best aligns with your project and goals, or join an existing team to better represent you through the project.

I offer full architectural services, including custom homes, renovations, spec homes, and commercial millwork and finishes—always with a commitment to clean, and timeless design that ages gracefully.
